Every Zeta has a different story, and a different reason why Zeta feels like home… here’s just a Couple!

“On day one of recruitment, as soon as I walked into Zeta and talked to the first sister, I knew that I had found a forever home, Every conversation flowed with so much energy, and it had felt like I had known the girls forever. As soon as bid day came, I knew I had found lifelong friends because even though we’re all incredibly unique, we all had so much chemistry, and it was clear I would love every girl in my PC. My first semester wouldn’t have been the same without my sisters and I can’t wait for the next four years with them and beyond!”

“This first semester in Zeta has been nothing short of incredible. Coming into the house after Bid Day felt a bit intimidating, but the warmth and kindness of everyone made me feel right at home. My favorite experience so far has been the sisterhood retreat. It was there that I got to know MC ’24 on a deeper level, and I’m so grateful to have these amazing women in my life. Every one of them embodies our foundational values of love and sisterhood, and they have taught me lessons I’ll forever cherish. Not only have they helped me navigate life and the struggles of being at Georgia Tech, but they’ve also shown me what it means to be a supportive, compassionate, and FUN leader. The girls I have met have transformed my perspective on college and the recruitment process as a whole. So, when people ask me why Zeta, it’s because I love growing and learning every day with these beautiful sisters in my life. <33”

“I feel like the theme of most people saying that they were on the fence about participating in recruitment and then finding a home on campus is reoccurring. That said, I was on the fence about participating in recruitment but knew from my first conversation at open house that I belonged at ZTA. ZTA stood out to me based on the vast amount of individuality among its members, yet we all share the same values that bind use together so strongly. My desire to serve and support other women is deep rooted and something that I didn’t want to lose sight of during college. Here, I found a community of girls whose focus was on uplifting each other. Why Zeta? Because, not only will I be able to support those around me, but I know, without a doubt, that all of my efforts will be reciprocated.”
